Happiness is 2020 in the rearview mirror, under new management since April 2019 MET Motors has been reorganizing and establishing all operations under one roof in southern Minnesota. The new and improved Met Motors is now moving ahead leaner, more efficient and poised for renewed growth in the motor business. Established as Minnesota Electric Technology (MET) in Winnebago Minnesota. In 1969 our focus turned to only manufacturing Permanent Magnet DC Motors (also known as PMDC Motors) so over the years we have transitioned to identifying as "MET" and more recently to "MET Motors" to better identify with what we do. At MET Motors we are not just selling top quality motors worldwide to OEM (original equipment manufacturing) companies, we are selling performance and value to a wide range of applications. Engineering in features to add the greatest possible value to our customers' products. You may be having close encounters with one or more of our motors daily and not even know it. It could be a MET motor that opened a door for you or kept the food you bought fresh on its way to market. A MET motor might pitch a ball to you or lift the pontoon under you after a day on the lake. From water and hydraulic pumps to automatic deer or fish feeders, if it moves in a predictable way, likely a motor is making it happen. MET motors, putting the world in motion.
